The rules, exactly

Sizing

Position size
size = equity x (5% + 0.25% x tilt). 5% calm, 30% at tilt 100.
Max positions
One open position per book.
Starting money
$1,000 paper per book. Under $100 the book busts and resets to $1,000.
Fees
1% of notional per side, both books, so paper P&L is not flattered.

Exits

Stop
entry x (1 - (10% + 0.2% x tilt)). -10% calm, -30% at tilt 100.
Target
entry x (1 + (20% + 0.8% x tilt)). +20% calm, +100% at tilt 100.
Max hold
20 minutes, then close as timeout.
Fills
Stops and targets are checked on every trade of the held coin and fill at that trade's market cap, gaps included.
P&L
notional x (mark mcap / entry mcap - 1) - fees. No supply assumption.
Stale
No trade for 180 s: marked at the last trade and labelled STALE. 15 min stale: closed at the last mark.

Tilt

Loss
tilt +6, +11, +16, +21 for each loss in a streak (capped at +21).
Win
tilt -8 and the loss streak resets.
Decay
tilt -1 per minute, never below the floor.
Floor
1.5 x drawdown % from the 24 h equity peak, max 60.
Bust
A bust sets tilt to 100.

Chat

Window
One decision every 90 s, aligned to UTC so everyone sees the same clock.
Ballot
Six coins from the radar, APE IT, TAKE PROFIT, TOUCH GRASS. Plurality wins; a tie or zero votes means no chat action.
Chat book
Executes the winning vote every window, no matter what Tilty does.
Obey chance
10% + 0.8% x tilt. 10% calm, 90% at tilt 100.
Obey roll
r = first 8 hex of sha256(window id + ":" + closing sig) / 2^32. Tilty obeys if r < obey chance. Both inputs are stored, so anyone can recompute it.
Own call
Flat: opens the coin it is eyeing if buy share >= 55% - 0.2% x tilt. Holding under tilt 60: closes if the coin left the radar.
